Ron Arnau

Founder | Managing Partner

Ron Arnau is the Founder of Equitable Search and has expertise in talent acquisition and its intersectionality with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). A Bronx, New York native, Ron identifies most closely with the Hispanic and LGBTQ+ communities. Despite facing challenges early in his life, Ron has overcome adversity and has held progressive roles in HR/Talent primarily in the start-up industry (e.g. KIND Snacks, Nuts.com and Mathison). A seasoned talent executive with 20 years of Human Resources experience, Ron’s unique background and personal experiences have given him a valuable perspective on the importance of creating inclusive teams. Ron is a board member of the Alfred Baumann Free Public Library, and an elected County Committee Member, in Passaic County, New Jersey.

Ron is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and serving as an advocate for all underrepresented communities.

David Brennan

A  driven and compassionate professional with a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

David is a recent MBA graduate from the University of Michigan and a two-time cancer survivor. As a proud member of the disability community, he brings a unique perspective and a deep commitment to creating inclusive work environments. Throughout his studies and his personal experiences, David has developed a strong understanding of the challenges faced by underrepresented groups in the workforce. He is driven by a desire to make a positive impact in the DEI community and to help organizations create more equitable and inclusive work environments. Tracey Cadogan

DEI Recruiting Coordinator

Tracey Cadogan is the DEI Recruiting Coordinator of Equitable Search and has over 5 years of customer experience, administrative and coordination experience. As a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Masters's degree in Health Administration, Tracey possesses an innate ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels and cultural backgrounds. With her driven collaborator and interpersonal skills, she is adept at effectively utilizing necessary tools and sources to deliver exceptional results. As a black woman, born and raised in New Jersey, her passion lies within wanting to help others to beat the odds.
